How often should you pressure wash your home? ▾
Most homes benefit from a full exterior wash once a year. In Texas, humidity and heat accelerate mold and mildew growth, so we recommend every 12 months — more often for driveways and high-traffic surfaces.
Is pressure washing safe for all surfaces? ▾
Yes — I use the right pressure for each surface. Concrete, pavers, brick, and wood all respond differently and I adjust accordingly. I take care not to damage any surface I clean.
How long does a pressure washing job take? ▾
A standard driveway takes 1–2 hours. Patios and decks vary by size. I work efficiently and clean up everything when the job is done.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? ▾
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to a water hookup and the areas to be cleaned, most exterior jobs can be done while you're away. We'll send before/after photos when complete.
